Jennifer earned her law degree from the University of Calgary in her hometown of Calgary, Alberta. She completed her articling term in-house at an oil & gas royalty company and was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 2019. Upon being called to the Alberta Bar, Jennifer joined the commercial litigation group at one of Canada’s most prominent national firms, where she had a general litigation practice that focused heavily in municipal planning law.

Jennifer was called to the British Columbia bar, and joined Refresh Law, in 2021. She currently resides on Vancouver Island and enjoys assisting clients on strata and tenancy matters on both the mainland and on the island. In this practice, Jennifer often finds herself representing clients in disputes at the Civil Resolution Tribunal, Supreme Court of British Columbia, and Residential Tenancy Branch. Being informed by a litigation background, Jennifer approaches each file critically and creatively.

In her practice, Jennifer makes it a priority to provide quality legal services in a way that is approachable and cost-effective. Jennifer appreciates the role that she plays in providing clients a fulsome understanding of their rights and takes great care in ensuring clients feel well-informed about the legal issues facing them, no matter how complex they may seem.
