JENNIFER LEBBERT I Lawyer
Jennifer earned her law degree from the University of Calgary in her hometown of Calgary, Alberta. She completed her articling term in-house at an oil & gas royalty company and was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 2019. Upon being called to the Alberta Bar, Jennifer joined the commercial litigation group at one of Canada’s most prominent national firms, where she had a general litigation practice that focused heavily in municipal planning law.
Jennifer was recently called to the British Columbia Bar in 2021, and currently maintains an active bar membership in both B.C. and Alberta. She is currently residing and working remotely from Calgary, but is looking forwarding to moving to the West Coast in the near future.
Jennifer provides advice and representation to clients with respect to strata disputes, residential tenancy disputes, and property disputes. Being informed by a litigation background, Jennifer approaches each file critically and creatively.
In her practice, Jennifer makes it a priority to provide quality legal services in a way that is approachable and cost-effective. Jennifer appreciates the role that she plays in providing clients a fulsome understanding of their rights and takes great care in ensuring clients feel well-informed about the legal issues facing them, no matter how complex they may seem.
