Having served as a trusted legal advisor in British Columbia’s housing industry for over five years prior to opening his own firm, Oscar Miklos founded Refresh Law in 2020 with the goal of delivering an even better client experience while continuing to push the boundaries of how law is practiced.

Refresh Law runs a lean operation with minimal overhead to allow us to deliver practical and cost-effective solutions to our clients. We work primarily from home and our virtual office is centrally-located in Greater Vancouver, conveniently beside Production Way Skytrain Station in Burnaby. Along with video-conferencing technology and on-site meetings at our clients’ place of business, this approach allows us to be wherever our clients need us to be.

Our firm is focused on leveraging new, evolving technologies to deliver a better client experience. While we recognize that technology does have its limits and not every problem requires an ‘app’, the implementation of legal technology can reduce costs and increase access to justice.
